Information on this website
We describe our services, the products we install and typical results as accurately as we can. Photos show past work and are examples only. Every vehicle is different, so the right package, the time it takes and the result depend on the condition of your vehicle when we see it. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular result.
Quotes and prices
A quote requested through the website, by phone or by text is an estimate based on the information you give us. The final price is confirmed after we have seen the vehicle and agreed the work with you, before the work starts. Prices can change without notice until a job is booked.
Appointments
Appointments are booked directly with our shop. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call us as early as you can so we can offer the time to another customer. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Product warranties
Some products we install, such as XPEL paint protection film and FeynLab ceramic coatings, come with a warranty from their manufacturer. Those warranties are the manufacturer’s own, and their length, conditions and claim process are set by the manufacturer, not by Midwest Paint Protection. Some require registration or regular inspections to stay valid. Ask us for the current terms of the product you choose before the work starts.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number on a form or ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from Midwest Paint Protection about your request, your appointment and your vehicle. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
